The room I booked here had AC, which was a total lifesaver in the summer heat. Everything was spotless and tidy all around. the best part was the fantastic location, super close to the sea in a really beautiful area 🌊.

Loved Villeneuve-Loubet, the hotel was good small and quiet in a quiet area. the amicable and helpful staff truly made me feel welcome. - the property was in a stunning location right by the beach and port and the restaurants and grocery store. - Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby l'indigo.

We stayed at Hotel L'Etape for nine nights and it was a great choice. The staff were excellent, very friendly, and made us feel welcome. The property was well maintained, like an oasis, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, supermarket, and restaurants. The free parking was a big plus, especially with the shade to protect our car from the hot sun. great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was mind-blowing, just a short walk to the stunning beach. The neighborhood was super nice and quiet, with several accessible supermarkets nearby. The apartment itself was clean and incredibly comfortable. The owner, Philippe, was jaw-droppingly nice and helpful, always available when we needed anything. We were so impressed that we will definitely be returning to this hotel. It's a shame we couldn't stay longer this year because we loved it so much. Secure parking was a huge plus, and having a small terrace to enjoy breakfast outside was a wonderful added touch. The cleanliness and quality of the studio exceeded our expectations, with everything in perfect working order. The water pressure in the shower was perfect, especially after frequent trips to the beach. The studio was spacious and the bed and pillows were of great quality, providing a comfortable and restful stay. The location was ideal, just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and bay, yet still quiet and peaceful. The private parking, semi-covered to provide shade during hot weather, was a real bonus. We are already looking forward to our next stay at this wonderful hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an amazing stay at L'Etape. The hotel is located just a short walk from the beach, making it very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and there are supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and our host, Philippe, was incredibly helpful. We definitely plan on returning to L'Etape.

There was a lack of windows in the apartment, but the owner kindly provided us with a fan. If you're claustrophobic, it may not be the best choice.
